The Brief
BlueFletch is looking for an organized, hard-working, and motivated Digital Marketing Intern for the summer of 2021. In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager to provide assistance with developing and executing marketing initiatives across a variety of channels including website, email, social media, and blog. You will also work alongside our Editorial and Graphic Design interns on incoming marketing requests.
The ideal candidate is a Junior or Senior in college with at least one year of experience in Digital Marketing, who possesses the adaptability and organization to work with a virtual team. If you are interested in applying for this position, please submit your resume.

Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support a variety of product initiatives relating to website, social, email, client-facing collateral
- Collaborate with the Editorial and Graphic Design interns to ensure deliverables are met for our monthly content calendar and content aligns with campaign and SEO objectives
- Review and implement copy and assets to our website as needed (hosted on WordPress / Elementor)
- Learn and complete SEO activities to improve the ranking of sites (page titles, meta descriptions, anchor texts, etc.)
- Manage and organize all social media accounts
- Execute and help drive email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
- Assist with building and optimizing landing pages
- Analyze traffic and user engagement data to assess results and optimize content
- Coordinate with team to improve Pipedrive and Mailchimp database cleanliness and data integrity
- Assist with supporting marketing operations to improve the organization of collateral and assets
Skills We're Looking For
- Motivated, self-starter, with a high capacity for rapid learning and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Desire to understand enterprise technologies and how to cater to the needs of our clients in this space
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience working with WordPress
- Familiarity working with Google Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO tactics and best practices; experience working with tools like SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Proficiency using social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram
- Experience working with Graphic Design Tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, etc.) is a plus
- Interest in learning more about the SaaS (Software as a Service) enterprise mobile industry is a plus
STELLAR LOCATION
Our Atlanta Office
Although BlueFletch employees are currently working remotely due to the COVID pandemic, our office is located in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, a short walk from Ponce City Market and the Beltline.
Our office is in the historic Southern Dairies building. Our open office features shuffleboard, pingpong, an Oculus, makers’ space, and a stocked kitchen.
