Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to play a critical role in building and optimizing our digital marketing systems. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will ensure the smooth execution and measurement of marketing campaigns, maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
As the ideal candidate, your technical expertise and marketing knowledge will be essential. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing to ensure alignment on lead nurturing, track and analyze buying signals, content engagement, and events from our WordPress-hosted website and other channels, and continuously refine campaign strategies based on insights that inform automation processes.
You’ll be responsible for setting clear success metrics, using data to optimize performance, and executing marketing automation systems to track and report on multi-touch attribution, buying signals, brand interactions, and campaign performance. Your technical expertise will help automate personalized marketing outreach based on signals mapped to the buyer’s journey and nurture leads more effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Execution: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to build, test, and execute multi-touch nurture automation, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall strategy.
- Marketing Automation Management: Administer and optimize HubSpot functionalities, including workflows, sequences, email campaigns, web pages, dashboards, reports, and third-party integrations.
- Website Optimization & Maintenance: Ensure that website performance, including speed, buying signals, content engagement, and analytics, are effectively tracked to inform marketing decisions. Optimize website functionality for visitors and prospects while maintaining overall performance.
- Database Hygiene: Maintain clean, accurate, and standardized databases, ensuring proper segmentation, data migrations, and regular updates within Hubspot.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using dashboards and reports to drive strategic decision-making and optimize marketing ROI.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales to establish, test, and optimize timely follow-up on marketing-generated leads and provide visibility into campaign tracking and performance.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all marketing communications and databases comply with legal and privacy standards, including GDPR and other relevant regulations, through data hygiene and standardization processes.
- Marketing Technology Optimization: Oversee the implementation and optimization of marketing technology tools to enhance campaign efficiency, scalability, and connection to multi-touch nurture campaigns and buying signals.

Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs preferred) and WordPress.
- Experience with data-driven marketing, multi-touch attribution reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
- Familiarity with compliance standards in marketing communications for both US and global audiences.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other reporting platforms and analytics tools.
- Detail-oriented with a self-reliant, data, and process-driven mindset.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) measurement and strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Extensive technical experience with marketing automation tools and reporting processes
- CRM data hygiene and analysis best practices, specifically Hubspot
- Basic web development and HTML/CSS knowledge for web maintenance and customization.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS marketing environment is a plus.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, small company environment.
