The Brief
BlueFletch is looking for a creative, organized, and hard-working Graphic Design intern for the summer of 2021. In this role, you will work alongside our UX Design and Marketing Teams to create innovative graphics across a variety of mediums including website, blog posts, social media, infographics, email, and video. You will also work closely with our editorial and digital marketing interns on incoming design requests.

Responsibilities
- Create and design digital graphics for blog posts, website, one-pagers, social media, icons, email, video and more (be able to design at least 2 graphics a week)
- Collaborate with the UX and Marketing Teams to develop design concepts and receive feedback
- Work closely with Editorial and Marketing Interns to ensure deliverables are met for monthly content calendar
- Design and update webpages using Elementor and WordPress
- Assist with resizing and organizing assets
Skills We're Looking For
- Motivated, self-starter, with a high capacity for rapid learning and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, including with visual storytelling
- Ability to explain and discuss your work, process, and decision making
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and completing deadlines on time
- Ability to use existing brand guidelines but also able to think of fresh and creative ways to enhance brand graphics
- Proficient with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Docs/Sheets, PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
- Experience with Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Figma or Sketch is appreciated by not required
- Photography and Videography skills is a plus
- Interest in enterprise technology isn’t mandatory, but is a huge plus
STELLAR LOCATION
Our Atlanta Office
Although BlueFletch employees are currently working remotely due to the COVID pandemic, our office is located in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, a short walk from Ponce City Market and the Beltline.
Our office is in the historic Southern Dairies building. Our open office features shuffleboard, pingpong, an Oculus, makers’ space, and a stocked kitchen.
